Urban Greenhouse Privacy Statement
Urban Greenhouse is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its obligations, Urban Greenhouse has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers that it acquires in the course of its business:
  • Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
  • Our Employees and Privacy. We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
  • Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
  • Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
  • Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Shipping and Handling
Greenhouses are shipped in multiple boxes and will require assembly. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. If an item is out of stock you will be notified within 48 hours. Orders under 75lbs will be shipped U.P.S.. Orders over 75lbs will be shipped via ground carrier.
  • Deliveries will be made through common carrier ground service.
  • Allow up to five days for shipping upon notification your order is ready and payment has been received.
  • Minimum accessories order of $25 if not ordered with Cases.
  • Please contact us regarding shipping costs outside the contiguous United States.
  • Inspect the shipping box upon its arrival. If there is any damage (cosmetic or other), notify the carrier immediately.
  • Notify us if you have any problems or questions about your unit. Keep your original receipt and refer to its number in all your communications with us. We will instruct you in troubleshooting and assist you as needed.
 
Returns Policy
You may return any product in its original condition for a refund within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returned items must be in resaleable condition. Returned items must not be used. We will not pay for shipping costs to return the item to us, and we will not refund shipping costs when the item was shipped to you. If you refuse to accept a package that you ordered when it is shipped to you and it is returned to us we will charge you a 20 percent restocking fee that will apply to the cost of all the items that you ordered in addition to the shipping charges. For your protection we suggest you use United Parcel Service or Insured Parcel Post for your return shipment. Write the reason for the return on the back of the invoice and enclose it in the return package. Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund. All refunds will be credited to your Mastercard or Visa card if you ordered by credit card. Other refunds will be by check from Urban Greenhouse LLC. If an item is broken during a United Parcel Service shipment you need to file a claim with United Parcel Service.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not happy with any item for any reason, simply return the merchandise via carrier within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund or exchange, except in the case of custom orders. Shipping fees are not refundable. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe return of freight and the customer will be responsible for any freight claims for damage that occurs during return. Before returning merchandise you must call to get a return merchandise authorization #.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, pre-pay checks or money orders. Corporate Leasing is avaliable upon approval. Checks or Money Orders should be sent to:

If paying by check or money order, items will not be shipped until payment is received. Personal checks are subject to a ten day hold.

Colorado residents will be charged appropriate sales tax.

Orders for custom cases will be charged 30% (rounded to the nearest $10) of the total cost upon order placement. You will be notified as the case is completed. Payment for the balance of the case is required prior to the case being shipped.
 
 
Warranty
  • When Urban Greenhouse cases are installed and maintained in accordance with our instructions, they are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in the material and workmanship for 1 (one) year from date of purchase.
  • Acrylic components are not warranted against scratches and minor warp due to excess heat or cold.
  • Any misuse of or unauthorized repairs made to Urban Greenhouse products voids this limited warranty.
Urban Greenhouse LLC will replace any defective component (if applicable) or unit within 6 months of purchase. In stock replacement materials will be shipped within 72 hours. All products are also covered by manufacturers warranties. Call for details on specific items.
