If you haven’t noticed it lately, prescription medications, that is, those medicines prescribed by a physician and purchased at the drug store, have gone up in price. They haven’t just gone up by a few pennies or a dime or a quarter – some of them have increased in price up to 50%.
We’ve been hearing some interesting things about marijuana and weight loss. Of course, we’ve also heard that using medical cannabis can trigger your appetite or give you the “munchies,” which would seem to do the opposite – put the weight on.
Medical marijuana, as the name implies, is used for medicinal purposes and has been legalized in many states for that purpose. Other states in the Union have decriminalized and legalized cannabis for recreational usage independent of its medicinal functions.
